Service Delivery Policy

Holistic is delivered entirely online. When you create an account, your workspace is provisioned immediately and is available at our website. When you activate a paid plan or module, access is enabled as soon as payment is confirmed — typically within a few minutes.

Because the service is digital, no goods are shipped and no shipping or delivery charges apply. All prices relate to the software subscription only.

If your workspace or a paid feature is not available shortly after sign-up or payment, reach us via our contact page and we will resolve it. Billing questions are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
