Holistic is operated by Sphurit Technologies Pvt Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the service” refer to Holistic; “you” refers to the person or business using it.

• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and be of legal age to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for the users you invite to your workspace and for the roles you grant them.

Holistic is a modular platform: a free tier covers one company and a set of included modules, and paid plans and modules add capacity and capabilities. You only pay for the modules and seats you switch on. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

We may add, change or discontinue features to improve the service. Where a change materially reduces a paid capability you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose (monthly or yearly).
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated; applicable taxes are added at checkout or on the invoice.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your full card details.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service;
• reverse-engineer, resell or provide the service to third parties except as your own permitted users; or
• use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications.

You own the data you put into Holistic. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload, including any personal data of your own customers.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Support is available via our contact page.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or fail to pay fees due. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted per our retention practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Sphurit Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “last updated” date; continued use of the service means you accept the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights.
